മുത്ത് നബിﷺ പ്രബോധനത്തിന്റെ വഴിയിൽ മുന്നേറി. ഇസ്‌ലാമിലേക്ക് ആളുകൾ വർദ്ധിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു. ശത്രുക്കൾ ആലോചനകൾ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തി. ഒടുവിൽ അവർ ഒരു തീരുമാനത്തിലെത്തി. മുഹമ്മദ്ﷺയുടെ പിതൃസഹോദരൻ അബൂത്വാലിബിനെ സമീപിക്കാം. ഒരു നിയന്ത്രണം ഏർപ്പെടുത്താൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെടാം. ഖുറൈശി പ്രമുഖർ അബൂത്വാലിബിന്റെ അടുത്തെത്തി. സംഭാഷണം ആരംഭിച്ചു. താങ്കൾ ഞങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ നേതാവും സ്വീകാര്യനുമാണ്. ഞങ്ങൾ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ നമ്മൾ നേരിടുന്ന പ്രതിസന്ധി നിങ്ങൾക്കറിയുമല്ലോ? നിങ്ങളുടെ സഹോദര പുത്രൻ ആരംഭിച്ച പ്രബോധന മാർഗ്ഗം നമ്മെ ഏവരെയും നിസ്സാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു, നമ്മുടെ ആരാധ്യവസ്തുക്കളെ നിരാകരിക്കുന്നു, മുൻഗാമികളെ തള്ളിപ്പറയുന്നു. താങ്കളും അതിൽ ദുഃഖിതനാണെന്ന് ഞങ്ങൾക്കറിയാം. കാരണം താങ്കൾ ആ മതം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിട്ടില്ലല്ലോ! ഒന്നുകിൽ നിങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ സഹോദര പുത്രനെ നിയന്ത്രിക്കുക. അതിന് സാധിക്കുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഞങ്ങളെ ഏൽപിക്കുക. ഞങ്ങൾ കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്തോളാം. തൽകാലം അബൂത്വാലിബ് അവരെ ആശ്വസിപ്പിച്ചു. നല്ല വാക്ക് പറഞ്ഞ് മടക്കി അയച്ചു.
മുത്ത് നബി ﷺ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ തുടർന്നു. ഖുറൈശികൾ പ്രവാചകനെﷺ കുറിച്ച് ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ ഉയർത്തി. പ്രതിഷേധത്തിന്റെ വ്യത്യസ്ഥ മാർഗങ്ങൾ ആലോചിച്ചു. ഒരിക്കൽ കൂടി അവർ അബൂത്വാലിബിനെ സമീപിച്ചു. അവർ പറഞ്ഞു തുടങ്ങി. നിങ്ങൾ പ്രായത്തിലും സ്ഥാനത്തിലും കുടുംബ മഹത്വത്തിലും ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ആദരണീയനാണ്. എന്നാൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ സഹോദരന്റെ മകനെ നിയന്ത്രിക്കാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ട് നിങ്ങൾ അത് നിർവഹിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. ഇനിയും ഞങ്ങൾക്കിത് ക്ഷമിക്കാനാവില്ല. ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവങ്ങളെ കൊച്ചാക്കിപ്പറയുന്നു. മുൻഗാമികളെ നിരാകരിക്കുന്നു. ഇതൊന്നും നിയന്ത്രിക്കാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കാവുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് വിട്ടു തരിക. ഇനിയിത് തുടരാൻ അനുവദിക്കില്ല. ഇനി രണ്ടാലൊരു കക്ഷി! രണ്ടിലൊന്ന് തീരുമാനിച്ചേ പറ്റൂ.
അബൂത്വാലിബിന് പ്രയാസമായി. നാട്ടുകാരുടേയും പ്രമുഖരുടെയും വിമർശം അദ്ദേഹത്തെ നൊമ്പരപ്പെടുത്തി. ഒപ്പം മുഹമ്മദ് മോൻ വിശ്വാസത്തിൽ തുടരുന്നതും അതിൽ നിന്ന് പിന്മാറുന്നതും ഒരു പോലെ ആശങ്കപെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഏതായാലും നബിﷺയെ ആളെ അയച്ചു വരുത്തി. മുത്ത് നബിﷺയോട് സംസാരിച്ചു. മോനെ നാട്ടുകാർ എന്നെ സമീപിച്ചു. കാര്യങ്ങളൊക്കെ എന്നോട് പറഞ്ഞു. എനിക്ക് താങ്ങാനാവാത്തതൊന്നും എന്നെക്കൊണ്ട് വഹിപ്പിക്കല്ലേ മോനേ..
സംഭാഷണമാരംഭിച്ചപ്പോൾ തന്നെ അബൂത്വാലിബിന്റെ നിസ്സഹായത നബി ﷺ ക്ക് ബോധ്യമായി. ഒപ്പം നിൽക്കുമ്പോഴുള്ള സമ്മർദ്ദം മനസ്സിലാക്കി. ഉടനെ നബിﷺ പറഞ്ഞു. അല്ലയോ പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട മൂത്താപ്പാ.. അവർ സൂര്യൻ എന്റെ വലം കയ്യിലും ചന്ദ്രൻ ഇടത് കയ്യിലും വച്ചു തരാമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാൽ പോലും എന്റെ ഈ ദൗത്യം എനിക്ക് ഉപേക്ഷിക്കാനാവില്ല. ഒന്നുകിൽ ഈ ആദർശം ജയിക്കും അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മരണം വരെ ഞാനീ മാർഗത്തിൽ നിലകൊള്ളും. ഇത്രയും പറഞ്ഞ് നബി ﷺ തിരിച്ചു നടന്നു. ഉടനേ അബൂത്വാലിബ് തിരിച്ചു വിളിച്ചു. എന്നിട്ട് പറഞ്ഞു. മോനേ മോൻ മോന്റെ മാർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ തന്നെ തുടർന്നോളൂ.. ഞാൻ മോനെ ആർക്കും വിട്ടുകൊടുക്കില്ല. എന്നിട്ട് അബൂത്വാലിബ് ഇങ്ങനെ പാടി.

"അല്ലാഹു സത്യം! അവർ ഒന്നിച്ചു വന്നാലും
വിട്ടു കൊടുക്കില്ല ഞാൻ ഉയിരുള്ള കാലത്ത്.
മടിയൊന്നും കൂടാതെ മുന്നോട്ടു ഗമിക്കുക.
സന്തോഷപൂർവ്വം കൺകുളിർക്കും വരെ.
എന്നെ ക്ഷണിച്ചു മോൻ ഉദ്ദേശ ശുദ്ധിയിൽ
ശരി തന്നെയാണങ്ങ് 'അൽ അമീന'ല്ലയോ
ആക്ഷേപ ഹാസ്യം ഭയന്നിരുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ
ഉച്ചത്തിൽ ഞാനും പറഞ്ഞേനെ ഈ സത്യം"
അബൂത്വാലിബിന്റെ ഈ നിലപാട് ഖുറൈശികൾക്ക് തൃപ്തിയായില്ല. വേറിട്ടൊരു ആശയം ഉന്നയിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് അവർ വീണ്ടും അദ്ദേഹത്തെ സമീപിച്ചു.
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى سَيِّدِنٰا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَسَلِّمْ

The Prophetﷺ proceeded with the preaching. More and more people were converting to Islam. The enemies strengthened their plans and finally they came to a decision to approach Abu Talib, the paternal uncle of Muhammadﷺ. Let's ask for a control. The Quraish leaders came to Abu Talib and the conversation started. We agree that you are the leader and accepted among us. Do you know the crisis we are facing now? The method of preaching started by your nephew belittles us all, rejects our idols, and rejects our predecessors. We know you are also sad because you have not declared that religion! Either you control your nephew. If not, hand him over to us and we will handle him . Abu Talib comforted them for a while and sent them back with a good word.
The beloved Prophetﷺ continued his activities. The Quraish again raised objections against the Prophetﷺ and thought of different ways of protesting. Once again they approached Abu Talib. They started saying. You are venerable to us in age, position, and family honor, but you have not done so by asking to control your nephew. We can't tolerate it anymore. He denigrates our gods. Rejects our ancestors. If you can't control this, leave it to us. This will not be allowed any more. Either of the two parties! You can choose one of the two.
It was difficult for Abu Talib. The criticism of the natives and prominent people bothered him. And he was worried whether Muhammadﷺ would continue in the faith or withdraw from it. Anyway, a messenger was sent to the Prophetﷺ to bring him. Abu Talib spoke to the Prophetﷺ. The locals approached me and told me all the things.Don't make me carry anything that I can't bear.
As soon as the conversation started, the Prophetﷺ realized Abu Talib's helplessness and the pressure of standing with him. Immediately the Prophet ﷺ said, "Oh, dear father... Even if they say that they will put the sun in my right hand and the moon in my left hand, I Can't give up my mission". Either this ideology will win or I will continue on the path till death. Saying this, the Prophet ﷺ walked back. Immediately Abu Talib called him back and said. My dear, follow steadfast on your aim ... I will not leave you to anyone. Then Abu Talib sang like this.
(Wallahi lan yaswilu ilaika...)
"By Allah...even if they come together
I will not avoid you as long as I live.
Go ahead without hesitation.
Until you are happy.
You invited me with purity of intention
That's right, you're 'Al Ameen' , aren't you?
If only satire was not feared (from my people)
I would have proclaimed this truth".
The Quraish were not satisfied with this position of Abu Talib. They approached him again with a different idea.
